The room was lovely, some lovely Alpine touches everywhere. The spa was also a really great addition - always clean and very helpful staff. The male English-speaking staff member at the spa was extremely helpful and very friendly - he really made our stay. The view from our bedroom over the mountains were stunning, and the hotel was ideally located (1 minute from the centre of town). It was a perfect jumping off point for our mountain hikes and exploring Chamonix itself

They make you feel special, warm and welcome. Ali, Stella and many more names I just can't remember, really made our trip go from great to unforgettable. We will be back. Many thanks x

Morning receptionist is excellent, maybe she is Indian, she understood customer communication and customer service perfectly. Impressive. Highly professional. CNN and BBC news in room.

Location is perfect, staff was kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. View was alright, even though we were on a lower floor facing the inner courtyard, we could still see the mountains. Rooftop pool and sauna view is exceptional. The one dinner we had there was very tasty.

The hotel location was great and the staff were very helpful. The spa was fantastic and loved the rooftop hot tub. The hotel staff allow drinks in the hot tub with plastic cups which is great to sit with a beer after a day on the slopes. Only maximum of 6 people is the only downside!
